    I am not sure about the rest of the reviewers. I have been coming here since 2013 and have always had a good experience. Staff is nice and helpful.

    Please Go To The One By In And Out

    This is the worst Starbucks in the city it took them 30 minuets to give me a cookie and 40 to get me my drink when they barley opened and later it took them a half hour to do my mobile order

    The slowest Starbucks ever! We've been waiting for one iced drink for over 20 minutes now. The lady standing next to me waited 25 minutes for her coffee.  She was late going back to work on her break.  Ridiculous!!!

    I hope the manager reads this review. There needs to be more staff and/or more training!

    This Starbucks has gone down hill since Jake left. The people have bad attitudes now. I've been coming to this Starbucks since it opened coming over from across the street. They are no longer friendly and there's one lady who gets me drink wrong now 3 times in a row. And she's been there a long time. And ever time I correct her she gives an attitude because she's not her humble enough to accept that she did it wrong. I use to buy 5 hot drinks a day. Now I'm just going to go somewhere else. Not a good group of employees. They all look miserable. Customer service is soooooooo bad! If you hate your job people go elsewhere!

    Green newbies not focused on their jobs.
    Gave me a hard time giving me my Birthday drink.
    Downloaded app again and order a hot drink.
    Gave me a cold drink so I wait again for hot drink.
    Finally get to sit down and enjoy my hot free
    Birthday drink.

    Old 580 W Olive staff way better and older.
    This new store is bigger and busier but not better.
    Trying out E Yosemite store next time.
